Keep in mind when doing the following exercises:
A. Inactive stretch, not active stretch B. Each exercise last about 15 - 20 seconds C. Pulling your muscle to about 70%, not to the extreme

Your helper should put the hands on the back, not the shoulder
|
|
Receiver should relax the whole body, stretch both arms forward
|
|
Both hands should try to hold the big toe, or the ankle
|
|
Both hands should try to hold the big toe, or the ankle
|
|
Pull the upper body backward as much as possible
|
|
Right hand works with left foot, left hand works with right foot, relax the back
|
|
These exercises will easy the muscle of the shoulder
|
|
These two exercises will easy the muscle of the arms
|
All above exercises will have the best result if it can be done within 20 minutes after the game day, it will effectively reduce the muscle stress, and help you to recover better.
